Job Description

Support farm operations: soil preparation, planting, irrigation, harvesting, and safe machinery handling. Guided onboarding, compliant contracts, and quality-focused work.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare fields; plant, irrigate, fertilise & harvest
Operate and clean machinery and tools safely
Sort, grade and pack produce to quality specs
Keep daily logs and report to supervisor
Follow H&S rules and maintain a clean workstation

Requirements

Good physical condition and outdoor readiness
Availability for seasonal peaks and occasional overtime
Valid Passport
Punctuality, reliability and attention to detail

Required Skills

Harvesting & crop handling Irrigation basics Teamwork & communication Health & Safety awareness Accurate record-keeping
